Foundation Materials, Inc. (FMI) is a Southern Nevada concrete aggregate crushing and gravel operation. We process concrete aggregate through our portable impact crushing plant (rock crusher) and recycle this material into Type II gravel and Sand. Our Type II is IQAC approved and the quality of sand is very clean reject sand. Even though we are a new operation, we have processed and sold hundreds of thousands of tons of concrete aggregate into commercially viable gravel and sand.
We accept deposits of concrete construction disposal for a small fee. Concrete with iron and steel is acceptable; however there is an additional fee for material with other debris such as wood.
Our rock crusher is mobile and offsite crushing for your project is available.
We are one of the rare crushing and gravel plants in the south part of the Las Vegas Valley. Our location provides incredible convenience for material disposal and high quality gravel and sand for any paving, construction, infrastructure, and landscaping projects in the area. The convenience of our site will save significant costs on trucking and time.
Our pricing is exceptionally competitive throughout Southern Nevada. We sell Type II for $4.50 per ton, while the majority of distributors in town sell less quality gravel for $5.50 or more per ton. Recycled concrete is an element of our mixture which packs better, resulting in less tonnage needed than standard mixtures. We are available to customers to receive and plan for orders for near and far term projects.
