The members of Foundation Commercial Realty have several years of Real Estate and Business Development experience.
We thoroughly evaluate the long-range impact of real estate business decisions. These projects were developed from
beginning to completion, including completing ourselves or contracting site selection, land acquisition, feasibility
studies, architectural work, zoning, engineering, grading, and general construction.
Our current project is Overton Boat and RV Storage (www.overtonboatandrvstorage.com)
which has been featured in the Mini Storage Messenger Semi-Annual Boat/RV Magazine as well as Inside Self Storage Magazine
(the ISS Facility Spotlight article can be read at
(www.insideselfstorage.com/articles/7a1facility1.html). We selected, negotiated, and acquired the land, completed
financial analysis and financing, developed the property, and currently operate and market the business.
We recently developed and opened a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop franchise in the Southwest section of the Valley.
Our new business venture is Foundation Materials, Inc., which is a crushing and gravel enterprise.
We will build this company into a Batch plant for ready-mix concrete.
We have established success in every step of the Real Estate and Business Development process.
