Randy Milmeister, Real Estate and Business Broker

Randy is the real estate and business broker for Foundation Commercial. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 after a successful term in residential real estate investment. Randy has completed the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Commercial Certification and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He is a member of the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada, and National Association of Realtors. Randy’s expertise in land acquisition resulted in over 50 transactions worth over $40 Million from 2005-2006. He is also the Director of Operations and Marketing for a Foundation Commercial development Overton Boat and RV Storage, and manages marketing for Foundation Materials, Inc. Crushing & Gravel. He concentrates his day-to-day efforts on properties in the south Las Vegas Valley where he holds some prime land holdings with partners/ developers.
Although born in LA, Randy grew up in Las Vegas. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. At UNLV Randy earned the Board of Regents Outstanding Student Award, was President of Psi Chi- the National Honor Society for Psychology, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity Scholarship Chair, UNLV Rugby Captain 1996-1997, Western Psychological Association Outstanding Researcher, and two term Student Senator. He is an active Clark County Substitute Teacher and contributes to several charitable organizations. He is a proud dad to Nicole, Jayden, and lives in Silverado Ranch.

Scott also grew up in Las Vegas, after relocating with his family from Chicago. He worked in the construction industry in sales and estimating, prior to his venture into commercial real estate in 2002. He has been involved in land transactions valued at over $150 million, including some of the most complex deals in the Las Vegas Valley. He recently leased a large assemblage of land to Perini Construction for Project City Center- the largest privately funded real estate development in US
history. Scott has assembled land throughout Southern Nevada, and focuses on the Southwest and Southeast parts of the Valley and Sandy Valley. Scott is an owner in Overton Boat & RV Storage, Foundation Materials, Inc., a Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Stoney’s Country Nightclub, Tequila Ranch Mexican Restaurant in the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida, 21 Gaming Supply, and is construction manager for Foundation Commercial projects.
Scott has contributed his time and skill to the Girl Scouts of America by brokering a significant real estate transaction for the group pro bono to American Real Estate Partners, the multi billion dollar real estate and hotel resort company (Stratosphere Casino Resort) controlled by billionaire Carl Icahn. He lives in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley with wife Trisha and they are the proud parents of Ally, Ben, and Katelin
